Today was my FIRST experience at mattress firm. I was greeted by a guy named Nate I believe ( bald Caucasian guy with glasses). He immediately gave me a tour, along with valuable information about mattresses! Nate also made it a FUN experience the whole time I was there. Well of course his customer service was so outstanding, I ended up buying a mattress and pilllow today from the Todd drive location in Madison! Thank you so much Nate and i will be back for sure with more business!
I WAS IMPRESSED!nScott was incredible very much to the point and didn't Sugar coat anything. He cared about what I wanted and needed in my home. Ellie was a great backup and really kept me calm and entertained while Scott finished the delivery red tape. I love delivery was free with my purchase and I definitely recommend this team to my friends! Great Work Guys!
Great service from the minute we stepped in the door. Nate did an amazing job explaining the benefits of many mattresses around the store, with no pressure to purchase. My son was set on the mattress he wanted. It so happened that Nate had the size in stock and it was on sale. In the mean time, I found an amazing deal for our guest bedroom. It was too hard to pass it up. Thank you for making, what I thought would be a stressful purchase very simple and enjoyable.
Scott made some calls to check on the mattress I was interested in. He also made arrangements to deliver to my house so I could get it a few days sooner than if it was delivered by the store delivery truck. I had other errands to do after purchasing the mattress and Scott made sure I got out to stay on schedule. I would recommend to stop at this store for your mattress and see what is available. I usually don't write a review for a retail experience, retail is a tough world, and customer service in most places is a thing of the past, but being in retail myself, I had to share. My girlfriend and I set out on a mission for a Purple mattress. Seeing Mattress Firm was a dealer, we stopped to lay on one before buying.We saw the Purple stuff online, but wanted to see it first hand. Scott greeted us, helped multiple other customers at once, all while still making us feel valued and welcomed. We decided to buy that day, and we were hoping to take a mattress home because we live over an hour away. Scott informed us he did not have one in stock, but did have one at another location in Illinois. What happened next? he offered to go get it, on his own time, and bring it back to the Madison store for us to pickup!! After a few e-mails back and forth we picked up our mattress, and so far we are liking it. Thanks again for everything. Customer service and respect for your customer is alive and well at this Mattress Firm location. Go buy with confidence from Scott.
