Losing a loved one is never easy. But with the help of Rachel and the staff at Hansen Mortuary, things were a whole lot easier. I never once worried about any of the arrangements. Rachel and the staff were there every step of the way. Any questions or concerns I had were taken care of right away. I felt so comfortable and the care is genuine. In fact, once all was said and done, I expected to never hear from them again. This was quite the contrary. I have been very touched by the outpouring of love and support I continue to receive from all of the staff at Hansen. I would highly recommend Hansen Mortuary again and again!
The staff at Hansen Mortuary Chapel have been nothing shy of amazing to my wife and I. We sadly lost our twin boys in July and that was the most painful experience I have ever gone through. When it came time to looking for a mortuary, I called around to quite a few places and then I saw Hansen Mortuary and decided to call them. From the moment I first spoke to someone I just knew that this was where we needed to go. Everyone I spoke with were absolutely wonderful. I can't tell you how comforting it was having that kind of compassion during our darkest hours. Hansen Mortuary has gone above and beyond for our family and we are forever grateful for that. I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of a Mortuary that will take good care of not only them but the loved one who has passed. I don't think I will ever be able to put into words how gracious we are for everything you guys have done for us. Know that you made an incredibly terrible time a little easier. Thank you so much for that.
I want to thank the family and employees of Hansen Mortuary Chapel for exceptional service of caring for my beloved MOTHER. They are very caring and compassionate and made everything so smooth and easy while I was in grief. Amazing service from wonderful people who treat you like family, work with your financial situation and take a true interest in your healing through such a difficult time. They are very open, communicative and caring, i would highly recommend to anyone who has suffered a loss and hasn't decided on a mortuary yet. A big thank you from my family to Hansen's mortuary for being so wonderful during our time of loss.
I used Hansen mortuary for both my grandparents. They were so kind and patient with us for my Grandfather's funeral arrangements, helping us with shipping to another state and all the things that come with that, that I came back 24 years later to make arrangements for my Grandmother. Again I had a helping hand with Becky and all the staff there, answering all my questions and being patient with me in my loss and easing my stress just a bit. Thank you for all your kindness.
