Not sure about the rest of the world but when I pay for a paranormal experience,,, I am looking for just that... not a history lesson as I have commonly revived with other companies. When I first purchased a tour with abnormal.. it was the first time that I actually interacted with paranormal activity. I KNOW IT WILL CONTINUE. And recommend this company to every one from the experiences to the first comers.

Not going to lie, we were bored on a Saturday night, ran across his ad and thought, “what he he’ll, let’s do it!”. We booked a tour very last minute yesterday and we were not disappointed! Everything was very hands on, and was super helpful educating us on equipment and what to look for. There were signs of an intelligent haunting for sure. Between names given over ghost box that corresponded with people with us, or with things around us. We have a lot of video and photos, and can’t wait to go again!

My fiance and I went on a private tour with them. It was awesome! They arrived earlier than our appointment time to walk the area for safety prior to our investigation. We were explained the background of the area we went to, and how the tour was going to work. We were told to download apps, and I can’t complain I got confirmation responses on the app for sure, I got responses to questions or things we were asking or happening at that very same moment. I am a professional photographer and captured amazing pictures of spirits, orbs, etc. In our tour it was just us two and we loved it!!! For sure we are going back with them soon. I recommend you the company. I was charged what I was supposed to be charged not a penny more or less.

After being rescheduled last minute on two occasions and having a no call, no show on the third attempt we asked for our money back. We were told they don’t do refunds and the “VIP” experience we paid for is good for life. We scheduled a 4th time and again no call, no show. We were then promised a refund and we have yet to see the money. Now we can’t get a response or an answer.
