Michael was very helpful, considerate, went the extra mile to ask if we needed to bag certain big items, kept the chat positive, humorous. He was a good fresh of air and quick at his job. The lady at the customer service was helpful too, I even signed up for a Target Credit card that day.
Ur company canceled my other orders and hasn’t return my money and I know I have money I think they seen my mom all tatted up and decided that they didn’t want to take any of my other orders n I got money
Ryan went the extra mile by returning my items, showing me how to add the 20% offer on my Target Circle and then ringing up the clothes with the offer applied. Thank you for hiring such great employees like Ryan!
I was very excited when target started allowing produce and cold products for drive up. I placed an order that some fresh produce. All of the produce came spoiled. The strawberries were molded, the avocado was old and the lettuce was old. The manager was super helpful when I called to have it corrected, and promised to address it. Hopefully the associates that are picking the grocery items do a better job with choosing quality products for customers. If not, it’s not even worth using the drive up option because you will spend more time correcting.
Not a real big fan of this one. Seems a bit overcrowded and it seems they had a limited selection of items compared to the ones that I've seen in Tempe and Mesa. Checkout lines seemed longer and the parking lot was very busy with people. It was hard to find parking close by when I went.
Only good thing is if I'm in the area, I have a convenient place to stop by. Right by the Light Rail and easy to find. :)
