I had a wonderfully experience with Will Cleary today. This guy is fabulous and very informative. He made us comfortable and was really patient until we choosed the right one. He never rushed and in fact we were still shopping after the shop was closed. I got what I wanted and I HIGHLY recommend everyone this place to buy your dream furnitures. Just walk in and if you are lucky you can work with Mr. Will to make it very easy. Great store and great service in Madison!

My fiancé and I had a great experience. We found what we were looking for at a more than fair price. Our salesman, Will, was easy to work with and we never felt pressured to take any options we didn’t want or to buy something at all. They had a big selection which was also great as we were very picky on what we were looking for and still found it without having to make any compromises. I would recommend at least checking this place out, not guaranteeing you’ll have the exact same experience but it’s certainly at least worth your time.

Barry is attentive and helpful! He was so kind looking up all color and delivery information. We have a lot more furniture to buy and we will definitely be coming back. So happy with our purchase. After shopping around about 8 furniture stores in Madison, Bob’s was by far the best deal & quality combination.

I received help from Will, who was very helpful, polite, and friendly throughout the whole search process. He guided us to section based on our interest, but gave us space to explore on our own. And when we started to show interest in merchandise, he walked over with great timing to give information and check availability. As someone buying for my first apartment, I was very happy with the experience.

My wife and I went to the Madison WI Bob’s store recently, and were helped by Will Cleary. Will was helpful but not pushy, knew his stuff, and was attentive to our questions. We wandered around for awhile on our own, and when we had questions he was nearby.nnWill gave us all the information on not only pricing, but also the specific value of their other services and how we could minimize our overall costs.nnWhen we had to make a couple of changes after our order was completed, he brought in James with Sales Support. James could not have been more accommodating, and got our changes worked out with zero hassle.nnWe highly recommend Will as a Sales Professional, and the selection offered by Bob’s Madison.
