I honestly cannot say enough nice things about my experience today with Vivian. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I even asked her if she had the entire store memorized. This was my very first time purchasing furniture and I was extremely impressed.

Kari Fox was my salesperson. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and understanding. I bought a bed from her after about 45 minutes of looking at just about every single bed in the store. When I got home, I realized that the bed was too tall. I went back to the store, and again she was very nice and patient. When I told her about the size problem, she knew right where to take me. She showed me exactly what I wanted, and it fit my bedroom perfectly. She had a great attitude and even made shopping fun. I would certainly send friends and family to steinhafels to see Kari Fox. Great experience. Usually I don't fill out these surveys, but I was so impressed that I felt that I just had to. Great experience. Someone should give Kari a raise!

Chuck was a great resource and has a great knowledge base and knew his stuff. Was pleasant and fun to work with. Showed us multiple mattresses and the difference between them. Will continue to shop with this awesome store with such great employees!!

Becky was great! She has a positive attitude and is very friendly! She is very knowledgeable about the products and product quality. She is familiar with the layout of the store and can easily navigate her way through the store. She provided me sound guidance when I was determining which product best suits my lifestyle. Becky is a great example of customer service!!!
