Great experience and excellent customer service! We are return Mattress Firm customers and will keep coming back. We have had our bed for 4 years now and just purchased the Mattress Firm 900 adjustable base and the Luxury cooling king bundle set! Shawn went above and beyond showing us the different models and we greatly appreciated his knowledge and help.
Found what I was looking for at a reasonable price. Best part is mattress and foundation will be delivered within a week. Caleb and Josh were very knowledge about their products and I will definitely recommend Mattress Firm.
My wife and I went to shop for a replacement to our aging Sleep Number mattress. Store attendant was JC who spent over an hour with us as we checked out several possibilities. We finally settled on one. JC was very helpful and patient answering our questions. Very knowledgeable in helping us make the right choice. Excellent man to work with.
Decided to go in to “test drive” different mattresses to determine mainly what my wife wanted (I can sleep pretty much anywhere). “It’s not like we’re going to buy one today” were the words out of her mouth before we left...nnEnter Shawn. Shawn was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Took the time to try to narrow it down by our preferences and was not pushy into anything. Was very informative and patient describing the various pros and cons of each mattress.nnAll in all there were a few attempts at upselling but nothing over the top and didn’t try to push us into anything we didn’t need. The whole experience was pleasant and hopefully we won’t be in the market for a mattress for a long time. When we are in the market I hope shawn is still there.nnOh, and yes we did buy one today.
Shawn was very helpful in answering every question we asked concerning our purchase. He had some very insightful methods in helping us to make a decision by seeing the value of our purchase.
