We went to the store on the apprehensive side. We had never thought we'd be the type to spend a lot on a mattress. After spending time with Denise, we could see the benefit in it all. She did an amazing job informing us of the options and took all the time with us that we needed to make the right decision. My hat's off to Denise for doing all this while juggling the capacity restrictions of COVID!

Worst bed I ever purchased, an WAY overly priced. Would only give 1/8 of a star, but system will not let me. VERY dissatisfied with comfort level and functions. I would highly recommend that you not waste your money.
