OMG SERVICE IS THE WORST IVE EVER SEEN...WE WENT BECAUSE OF AN AD WE GOT IN THE MAIL...FOR A LIVING ROOM SET AND BEDROOM SET AND A KITCHEN TABLE.nAFTER WAITING AN HOUR AND 40 MIN TO BE HELPED WE GET TOLD NOTHING IN THE ACTUAL STORE IS FOR SALE ..EVEN THO AD SAYS...SAME DAY DELIVERY...THE GUY TOLD US IT TAKES 8-12 WEEKS TO GET ANYTHING WE WOULD LIKE TO BUY OR LEASE. ALSO THE PRICES POSTED IN THE ADS ARE A COMPLETE LIE. I WAS LOOKING FOWARD TO GETTING MY TEAL COUCH AND LOVESEAT AND STUFF...SINCE JUST MOVING INTO A NEW APARTMENT BUT IT DIDNT WORK OUT SO IT REALLY SUCKS....I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.

This place has no idea what’s going on. I called to see if they had a product in stock, they told me they did. I rent a uhaul to pick it up, and when I get there they tell me they don’t have it. They do nothing to try and resolve the issue. 2 hours of my time and $80 down the drain. I highly recommend NOT going here.

THE STORE MANAGER WAS VERY RUDE UNCOURTEOUS AND THE FINANCE COMPANY THEY GO THROUGH ARE LEGAL LOAN SHARKS WHO STEAL MONEY OUT OF YOUR BANK ACCOUNT WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION I WILL NEVER EVER REFER ANYONE TO THEM OR BUY ANYTHING WITH THEM UNLESS ITS CASH ON THE SPOT BC THEY DONT RUN A GOID BUSINESS IN STORE OR WITH THE PEOPLE THEY WORK WITH!!!

Went with the same day delivery route and it wasn’t delivered! I called them back around 6pm and was told that their store closes at 7pm but their delivery business partner will still deliver our sectional even after hours. Now I’m typing this at 12:30AM and still no sectional delivered! DO NOT GO THE SAME DAY DELIVERY ROUTE! Not even a phone call to keep us updated or if they weren’t going to even deliver it at all! NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER. If need be...please go rent a truck and haul it yourself the same day. Nice sales people but they need to work on their delivery route.

avoid at all costs. bought a bedroom set. got the wrong bed type. night stand came from a different set. large dresser was missing it's handles. smaller dresser was out of stock, had to a wait an extra two weeks, they delivered and it was fine. called manager 3 times over the following 2 months, every time they said the handles to the large dresser was in the mail. 6 months+ from purchase, still hasn't been resolved. people are friendly but completely incompetent, they should be out of business.
