Outstanding. After creating a spreadsheet and comparing Circle B to the competitors, Linda's help in choosing the right product for our garden, our kids play area, and our flower beds was so affirming I would have paid more if I had to. Fortunately they were competitively priced and even during their busy season delivery was faster than promised and still faster then their competitors had available. Customer for life.
About 3 months ago, we ordered 5 yards of double shredded oak mulch, 2 yards of compost, 2 yards of shredded topsoil, and 6 yards of fill dirt. The staff was extremely responsive and helpful. We were very satisfied with the fill dirt and the mulch. However, we are extremely dissatisfied with the compost and the topsoil. I found 5 shards of glass in the compost so far, approximately the size of a quarter. I garden with my 2 year old who doesn't like to wear gloves. Now I don't feel safe having him dig around in the soil. The topsoil that was delivered was mostly clay. I already have clay soil in my yard. I purchased soil from a landscape supply company because on their website they advertise that their topsoil has very little clay in it. There was also a ton of weed seeds in it. I sent a message to Circle B, and they responded right away. They asked how they can rectify the situation. I didn't want to be unfair, so I requested a 50% refund of the cost of the compost and the topsoil. They were quick to send a refund check. I was very happy with their customer service, but very dissatisfied with those two products in particular. Nothing in my raised garden beds and containers are growing very well. I wish I ordered garden soil from another company.
I have made so far 2 orders and it has been pleasure to work with this company. Great mulch product and fast delivery. Thank you very much for your service and products.
We love Circle B! Everyone is fantastic to work with! As a lawn care owner, I especially appreciate their level of service. Very friendly and helpful, great prices. We needed a last minute delivery of a semi load of mulch early on a Saturday early morning and delivered immediately!
