I like Metro but this location has the rudest employees. Go somewhere else.

We went into this store to Port our phones from another carrier. And my husband told the sales girl Cynthia he wanted the LG Stylo 4 and an Acatel 4 and she grabbed 2 Alcatel 4s and took them out of the box and proceed to activate the Acatel 4 phone's. Cynthia did not verify with us if we wanted 2 Alcate phones. Cynthia didnt ask us if these were the correct phones we wanted. Then When cynrhia handed me the phone that was suppose to be mine. I told Cynthia you made a mistake I'm suppose to have the Stylo 4 and my husband is suppose to have the Alcatel. She started arguing with me and my husband at this point. And told us that there is nothing that she can do at this point. That we are stuck with these phone's. And I'm not happy with the phone I got. I take alot of pictures with my phone for my husband business. He is a tattoo artist. And he depends on me taking good pictures all the time so that he can show customers his work. And that was the reason behind me getting the New stylo 4. And now we call Metro Customer Service and nothing is being done to resolve the issue. All we want is to be able to get the phone's we asked for. And not even Metro Customer Service will help us get this issue resolved. If you are thinking of going with Metro PCs don't do it. They dont care about there customers. They just want money. I called back on Thursday and spoke with Karen and Karen has the same attitude that Cynthia has. And she says the same attitude. And Karen is worse and talks over you. Metro PCS is horrible. Don't port or transfer your service with them.

This place is horrible I when there on Sunday and the girl that was the name Nubia is very rude I was trying to reactive my phone she didn't even take the phone all she said was this phone is not going to work sim card will not hold it. Next day on Monday I when the meet the other girl there that said she can program it for $16 when home try to make call phone said call not registered. Came back Tuesday when this other girl that work there name Nubia try explaining what had happened she said well I'm not going to refund you your money is not our problems if your phone not working and she was rolling her eyes acting rude

I am really disappointed at the serviced I received I attempted to switch my phone to Metro PCS, for reasons beyond the control of the associates they could not transfer my number, I asked for my money back which by then I had given them 113.00 in cash. The young girls at the counter explained that there boss does not allow them to give out refunds. I have never heard of such a thing even with the manager on the phone she would not allow the young ladies to hand me back the money I had just given them, in turn she asked that I come to her store on 16th street and Thomas to receive a refund. THIS IS A POOR WAY TO DO BUSINESS. and Quite Frankly you are putting your employees in unsafe environment refusing to give refunds when no services has been rendered is Unacceptable, avoid this store and their untrusting policies.

Sat there for an hour and no one showed up and it was business hours...
