The pharmacy in this Walgreens is the worst I have ever been to. The technicians are not very knowledgeable and work very slowly. It’s clearly not a high volume store so they can pick up the pace. There is an older blonde female tech that works there that is extremely rude. I work in the pharmaceutical field, and I worked as a tech for Walgreens for over 3 years in the past and this is the worst store I have ever been to. The customer service is absolutely awful. I don’t understand why everyone working there is so rude. Even the pharmacists don’t do their job correctly. Their consultations are vague and they dismiss you faster than how long you have to wait for them to come to talk to you. Work on your customer service skills, please. I will not be going back to that pharmacy. I’d give you all zero stars if I could.
