Thanks for continuing to pick up phone and hang it up on me.
They provide great customer service. They made the process seamless switching over from Verizon was very easy. I didn’t need new phones and I kept the ones I paid off and just popped T-Mobile Sim cards and it’s been working flawlessly since we switched over and our bill is way lower than what it was at Verizon. The Metro team did a wonderful job hoping to switch over!
They handled all my business account needs switched over about 20+lines from Verizon was paying an arm and a leg during these time getting good quality service at a much better value puts extra money in our pockets thank you T-Mobile Reps Omar, Hannah for hooking us up. The process was smooth. Very happy!
Hannah is a great sales person who helped us in every way. She is very friendly, polite and greets customers when walking in the door. She has been most helpful to us.one beautiful person inside and out. My option she is well worth a foot raise. Ya couldn’t have picked a better person for the job.
