Our salesman William Ballesteros was wonderful with all his help. This store blew me away with the size and selection. Won me over to buy all our home goods here. The service was fine. The laptop I needed I was in stock there and there was good communication between the Stapley location and this location to hold the laptop for me.
I’m giving it 4-stars because several employees weren’t wearing their face mask completely or at all (even when they were less than 6 feet apart). They seemed a bit relaxed about it compared to the Mesa location.
William was great! He was knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted, then showed me the options available in the products and appliances that I was looking for. A very pleasant and friendly man, he made my shopping experience a positive and productive one. Thanks, William!
