I took my iPhone and iPod Touch to Everybody Loves Wireless, and they both had broken screens. I was told they would be fixed within a few hours. When I came back, they said they wouldn't be done until the next day- and they showed me the iPod Touch, which was broken even more because they didn't know how to install the screen. They also broke the LCD screen of my iPhone, then gave it all back to me and said "Sorry, it's too difficult to fix." I had to pay $340 to fix both devices, and the company is only willing to give me $100. AVOID THIS COMPANY. They claim to know how to fix phones, when they actually have no experience. I repeat, AVOID THIS COMPANY. If you want to get your screen or phone repaired, go somewhere else!!
these ppl should work for corporate store, they are very very helpful, i have been to many cricket stores in town i would say these are the best. i been paying $5 every month for insurance on my phone and after 7 month my phone droped and i had a big crack on it and went to the corporate to get my insurance claim, they were charging me 85 to get a new phone, while i bought the phone for 50! so i found this place in metro center mall and not only they fixed my screen for cheaper price but they also gave me a very good deal on a new android and gave me very good customer service. they also gave me good deal on ghost armor so i dont crack my screen again. thank guys, i will definitely recommend my families and friends to you guys, thanks bunch!
They are a fake cricket store down stairs under sports chalet. Now first impression they are your normal cricket store but deep down the are a corrupted and deceiving liars. They sell stolen phones out of there store to innocent people. They also take these stolen phone from different companies flash them with a temporary flash and sell these phone for like 300 dollars beware of this location they will scam you
Real nice customer cervice this girl shure have a good future in this busines .corporate need to hire her to a bether position
