The manager and other woman working there were extremely helpful when I came in after my phone was stolen at the near by Sheraton. I was panicked since I was from out of town, but their patience and kindness to help me get a new phone was outstanding. Would highly recommend buying a phone here!
I went to Sprint to turn in my grandson's old phone and to upgrade to a new iPhone. The monthly amount was more than I can handle, but the representative Andrea was very helpful. We're going back on Monday to see what we can do to work out a deal to get my grandson his new iPhone. I've been with Sprint for several years, and I've been to the Sprint store at Metrocenter several times. I've always had the greatest help whenever we go there, whether it be to work out some kinks in a phone or to upgrade. I've always received great service!

Sprint is by far bad when it comes to service. I attempted to upgrade,but due to their system at the store, I couldn't. Waited all day for the manager to call me back as promised once they where able to help me and she never did! They knew I had an urgency to obtain a new phone. Don't waist your time with a Sprint store or if you can avoid ever signing up with them then don't,but if you are on the hook go to Best Buy!! They are so helpful and professional! We got what we needed it in 30 minutes!! No commissions! No one yawning on a chair, and not going the extra mile to try to help you!! They act like of they are doing you a favor!!! Stay away!! I have been a customer for many years (17),and I wonder why I stay with them?? Not for long! I will take my business elsewhere ASAP!
