Fantastic customer service. Matthew in particular is one of the most courteous, helpful, upbeat people I've ever encountered in retail. If I ran a store, I'd fill it full of Matthews.
Just needed ink for the printer. But they made it quick and semi painless.
I met David Kirk, manager of Staples Metrocenter #0377, at the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce. I learn of all the promotions especially the Back to School values. I had some bookmarks made and David even delivered to the house. If I have a question about batteries or technology he and the staff are very knowledgeable. They have stayed open, stayed safe and continue to help large and small businesses stay open and operating.
Staff was very helpful when I needed to print some items. Will continue to visit here often.
Go in occasionally for some printing copies etc. Jessica always does a nice Job and is happy to help with whatever needs you have small or LARGE!
