friendly and professional service, the 2 ladies my fiance and I worked with where very thorough in making sure we understood everything, answered all of our questions, and had made the overall experience actually very enjoyable. ( I know, weird... right?? ) To the staff over at rent a center on Peoria, thank you. Y'all where great. We'll be coming back for that camo stand-up!!

They're not handling business right , I've been communicating with them Everytime I was going to be late or any reason and they just listen but not note it like they're supposed to. I made a payment of 221.00 that caught me up on my account , but they were beating at my door , an example of them not doing their jobs , they credit manager , store manager or whoever should've noted the communication back and fourth. There's no reason I should be worried why someone beating at my door. I've been asking to speak with someone higher than the regional manager but I've been getting the run around. I need to speak with an HR I know all companies have an HR cause who does the hiring ? Who hire the regional manager ? They're just giving me run around and not being understanding. You can't interrupt someone's family life , when they're caught up and made payments. I feel like I'm being harassed and I need someone higher than the regional manager to step in. I've been keeping my composer but today was an example of what I was talking about. I made a payment and still I get them beating at my door. UNACCEPTABLE AND POOR BUSINESS. I MADE A COMMITMENT OF PAYING THE DAY I SAID , THEY MADE A COMMITMENT OF WORKING WITH ME AND TAKING MY WORD BUT THEY DIDNT KEEP THERE COMMITMENT I KEPT MINE I MADE THE PAYMENT TO CATCH ME UP BUT THEY WAS STILL BEATING AT MY DOOR. THATS HORRIBLE BUSINESS AND COMMUNICATING ON THEIR END.

A store that threatens to call cps on you because they took your child’s diaper money out of your account when you have asked repeatedly to be taken off autopay. They are very rude and unprofessional. This store needs to be shut down. Look at all of the negative reviews they have before you buy anything there.

This store is trash starting with management..my husband called monday may 11th spoke with justin and tried to make a payment and they took 73 dollars extra on top of the regular payment that was not authorized by my us...we then came up there on Wednesday may 13th because destiny told us that she could do a cash refund then we get there and all of a sudden they couldn't do a refund so not only did she lie about a refund she lied about being in the store by herself she lied about us getting a refund and we never recieved it then w lady from management was very rude and then oes to say we will get our refund in 3 business days that we never got I wouldn't send no body to this location because THE WHOLE MF STAFF IS TRASH...PERIODT
