I am completely disappointed with Serenity Acupuncture & Wellness Spa. I purchased a Groupon for a massage and made phone calls to this spa for four days leaving messages with no return phone call. Never once did I speak to a person, the calls all went straight to voicemail no matter what time of day I called. I actually ended up getting Groupon involved and the spa finally called me back. I was so disappointed with their customer service I asked Groupon for a refund. With all the spa options in the area I would expect they would want new patients and provide exceptional customer service, not so much.
