America's mattress has been a great experience for me. When I was mattress shopping, Mike took the time to listen to what I wanted and took time to understand the issues I have had with my old mattresses. The store felt very comfortable and non-pressuring.nnThere was a slight problem with delivering my mattress on time. The mattress factory mixed up the orders and was going to delay my mattress getting delivered by 4 days. I was upset about this because I had to sleep on the floor until it came. However, Mike and Jennifer at America's Mattress handled the situation very well and did everything they could to make things better. I know the delay was completely out of their control. Still, they took responsibility and made things right.nnAlso, I was VERY satisfied with the prices. 10/10 would recommend.
By FAR the lowest prices for such great product! Definitely the best experience for finding the right mattress. The sales people were very friendly, great environment, and very clean and neat showroom. I 100% recommend buying with America’s Mattress Madison!
I bought a IComfort Blue Max 5000 and could not be any more satisfied! I received the best customer service, prices were amazing, and such a comforting store. Everyone was very friendly and really invested their time to show me around and help me find the best match for my needs! I was also able to buy a new mattress protector, sheet set, adjustable base, and new pillow all at once! Delivery was very quick and simple and nothing came damaged. I am very satisfied with my experience and certainly will be back to shop at America’s Mattress!
Jen was super friendly and Helpful. They went out of their way to get me same day delivery so I wasnt stuck sleeping on the floor. 10/10 service and that really family owned business vibe. Thanks America's Mattress
Not only did they have a beautiful showroom and fantastic salespeople but their prices were substantially lower than the rest of the mattress stores we looked at! I loved how they took time to find the perfect fit for my husband and I.
