Needed a part for our water heater, Sarah took the time and effort to make sure the part number was correct, even went as far as calling the manufacturer to confirm. Jess made the ordering, payment and shipment completely painless. I spent the weekend calling hardware and box stores explaining to the plumbing departments what a water heater dip tube is. I called Zack (sales) to get a aerator tool to remove this part of my HansGrohe faucet to clean the cone sieve, we have very hard water w/sediment. He was nice enough on the phone but did nothing to help me. I have been waiting more than 3 weeks for a call back & solution. This seems like a simple request. This facet was over $400. Hansgrohe customer service was equally as worthless.
This place has it all for kitchen and bathroom needs. We met our contractor there for a bathroom remodel. We accidentally showed up at the incorrect time. The staff was very understanding and still got a sales person to help us. Service was great and all our questions were answered. We were not pressured or rush to make our selections.nnAll sorts of products offered from many companies and for any budget. You can definitely find what you are looking for when it comes to bathroom and kitchen fixtures.

Way to expensive! They charged me twice as much for a 2 inch Cherne test ball plug. I needed it to test a drain. They charged me 42.00 for it! Menards, Home depot had one just like it for 23. and amazon had the exact same one for 21.00 Never again will I buy something from them.
