The staff in the Kitchen and Bath department does a fantastic job. They can get everything you need to complete your project.
Excellent customer service and down to earth friendly employees, I had a pocket door come off the tracks and also unrepairable and they helped me pick out an exact matching door and also put me in touch with a contractor they use to install it. He did a great job and wouldn’t even know it was replaced.
Kayla from the Madison store was excellent to work with on our our kitchen and bathrooms. She had great attention to detail and nothing was too much trouble she even helped me out while on her vacation. She listened to what we wanted and made our vision come to life. One of the many things I love about the kitchen was she made a place to put food and water bowls for our 2 cats. Kayla also took the time to come back to see how everything turned out and is currently helping me with organising my kitchen cabinets and drawers.
I remodeled my kitchen and am very happy with the results. They had the same cabinets I already had and so was able to add new ones of the same type. They had the features I wanted and the quality and timing was good. I’m very happy with the High Max countertop and sink. One of the ccabinets I saw and ordered at their store turned out not to be what arrived, but I understood why it was a different shape after calling my designer.
As a small business owner a reliable lumberyard salesman is VERY important. I've worked with every supplier in the Madison area and I regret not going to Marling sooner. We started working with Mark this year and the service has been outstanding to say the least. Everything has been on point and on time. He continues to show us new products that we might like. If he doesnt know a answer about a product he gets me in touch with the reps. Also is working on special requests on products to stock.nThank you!
