Really great experience here. Sales lady worked with me and didn’t rush or pressure me into anything. Spent a lot of time letting us browse and sit and she gave many suggestions. Since their in store inventory is low, she worked with me to find things on the website and I ended up ordering a couch that will get shipped to them. She was very up front and realistic about the delivery expectations. Very good and reasonable prices.
My boyfriend and I who are both of color went to A1 looking for a new sectional. The employee at the entrance missed the detail of greeting us. We said Hello anyway. As we were looking we moved from the left side of the store to the right. All while that same employee watched us move from one side to the next. When we had a question about a sectional we liked he came over. He was very short and lacked basic customer service skills. We continued to look and we kept feeling him watching us as if we could fit a couch in our pockets. We ended up feeling so uncomfortable we felt forced to end our visit short. Very disappointed by this experience.

We had a great experience purchasing a couch about a year ago, unfortunately we moved and were not able to fit the couch into our new apartment up the stairwell. We called A1 for suggestions and they were extremely helpful and even scheduled a delivery team to come out and review our couch and the logistics of our new apartment. Ultimately the couch was hoisted up to our balcony with some straps and got into our apartment.nnWe would highly recommend using A1 and are very impressed with their customer service for helping us even though it was a year after our purchase
We bought the perfect sofa with the help of our salesman Randy Van Ness. We were undecided at first about what we really wanted, but there was no pressure from him. He simply answered questions and was prepared with a measuring tape and loads of patience. In fact all of the salespeople were great. The price was unbeatable, and the quality was great. We will be back when we need other furniture. Thanks so much!
