I have used the Sergenian's Commercial department for several large projects over the last few years and they have all been wonderful experiences. The process starts for me working by with Lori looking for the products I want to use, she is very knowledgeable and she is always ready to help me dig for that prefect carpet. The install teams are extremely detail orientated and work very hard to ensure that the end product is perfect. If an issue arises the entire team puts their heads together to get it solved so that the project can keep moving forward. One of my go to vendors in Madison!

I've made purchases with Sergenian's several times because they are fair and professional. I've had excellent experiences working with Lori Statz from the Commercial Flooring Department. She provided great options for carpet at our church, communicated on a timely basis, and made sure that we were happy with our choice.

Excellent experience in these uncertain times. Masks were given to us when we arrived. Their designer let us review the sample books and made sure to help us from a safe distance. I felt comfortable because it was evident they are providing a safe environment for their employees and customers.nnFYI-We selected something they had on stock and picked it up the next day.
