My family had a domestic situation and needed new phones and number. The manager on shift was nothing short of AMAZING. We were new customers to Sprint. He was s first-rate human being. Compassionate. Helpful. And next-level service. He stayed late to help us move over to a new plan. I can’t emphasize enough what a wonderful, supportive experience we had. Thank you. Watch outfor TONS of hidden fees if you upgrade your device early they will tell you that it won’t change your bill at all and won’t make you aware of all the fees that you will get on your next bill. In total I paid 600 dollars just to upgrade early.before they changed to T-Mobile I used to upgrade my phones early all the time with sprint and was not charged huge fees like this

Took S10 phone in for mostly dropped calls after 5 calls to service. Nice guy replaced SIM card. We'll see if that worked.

Service in this shop is not very professional, you ask them question is all answer I do not know. Take a long time to do upgrade.
