We were greeted kindly at the door and ushered into a comfortable waiting room where we filled out an intake form and our temperatures were taken. We felt very safe the entire visit. The room was no frills but comfortable. The deep tissue massage was wonderful and much needed after hiking Devil's Lake the day before. I feel the price was good for the service received - especially compared to other spas in the area! Thank you to Chen and staff for a great experience!

The only massage place I want to go to!nnIn light of the COVID-19 pandemic, they were very careful in maintaining cleanliness and safety! Was not nervous one bit.nnSuper relaxing, excellent massage therapists. They are super kind, as well as responsive to what their customers need and desire!nnHusband and I went here last year for our honeymoon, and now for our wedding anniversary we had to come back!nnWe'll be returning soon!

Never grabbed the names but my girlfriend and I had a couples massage and the two therapists we had we're amazing. It was my first massage ever and it didn't disappoint, would recommend.

The Dells Spa is an honest business. I had forgotten to take my necklace off during the massage, and it had fallen off while I was getting dressed... but I didn't realize this, until I got back to the hotel and was looking for it everywhere.nnI called the owner and he responded right away that he went to look and found it on the floor. I drove back and got it back! I was so happy since it meant a lot to me.nnThey are a honest business and I would definitely go back again! Not to mention the massage was amazing!nnThanks Shi!

My husband and I went in for a couples massage and were not disappointed! Both of our massages were excellent. We also appreciated how flexible the salon owner was with our schedule. Highly recommend getting a massage from this location!
