The lady is super sweet and enthusiastic. The man a bit no nonsense with a strong accent but very professional. Some entitled kids came in demanding they get better customer service even though they kept putting trash in a crock pot even after beginning asked not to, twice. Just because you don't understand someone's accent doesn't mean these kids needed to be rude to them. My heart goes out to these two. And their product is excellent quality and delicious!
Good coffees and pretzels bites
Everything tastes as it should considering it’s ~pretzels~. But service is terrible the employees are rude and uninviting every time (if I can even understand what they’re saying), especially the dudeud83dude02 I work in the mall and he won’t give me the discount like the lady does. He takes his pretzel making pretty seriously I guess.
Pretzel was very burnt on bottom. This is the 3rd negative experience I've had at this location and next time I'm out shopping I will happily walk on by. They need to learn how to run a business.
