They were excellent to work with and their service was fantastic. In the store, Katie was very knowledgeable and helpful... excellent customer service even when they were closing, continued to help. Their prices are great and they helped even after I found one I saw somewhere else and offered to order it for me at a better price. The delivery service was absolutely the best, as they asked if they had to move or remove furniture and did a great job. Then they brought my furniture in, set it up and asked me to check it out. They were very professional and I would recommend them over and over again. In fact I referred friends and they brought from them last week.
Rosie provided great customer service. She is super knowledgeable about her products and does a fantastic job of helping narrow the selections to meet your wants and needs. I appreciated that she offered suggestions in a way that helped us but there was no pushy sales approach. Thanks for making furniture shopping a pleasant experience.
We just bought a couch, love seat & recliner from Katie. She is the perfect sales person. She is knowledgeable about the product, willing to listen to your needs, make suggestions for the best furniture fit and here's a rarity. She'll actually pay attention to your social cues that you need time to talk to your spouse so you can make a decision. We've visited other stores and the sales reps are like piranha. They bury you in information & pressure you to buy right now.nnThat's not how Portage Furniture does business. They have a great selection, they listen to their customers & treat everybody like a friend. Check this place out, you won't be disappointed.
