Currently on vacation somewhere else. Still Thinking about this place.

It is a beautiful place. If you get a treatment I recommend a body treatment. Spend as much time exploring and enjoying the facility. The food is wonderful! It is very, very expensive but in even a day you will feel like you had been on a vacation for at least 5 days!

1st stay review - Excellent overall. Stayed for 2 nights, very pleased. Sandal sizes were wrong even after they called to confirm sizes. Some staff members were real chatty Kathy's interrupting my zen, but aside from that and the sandals, excellent stay, would return.nn2nd stay review - Good overall, could have been better. Check in process is ridiculous. They asked me to fill out a simple paper questionnaire including address and vehicle. Why do you need my address when you already have my credit card and address information? Not to mention decreasing touch points. I believe a simply Google Form or something could get this information ahead of time. In the room upon entry, radio wasn't working, bottles weren't refilled, and a robe from a previous guest was leftover. The massage was EXCELLENT, everything else just average.

We had an absolutely amazing baecation. The resort was everything I hoped it would be. It was very relaxing and tranquil. Our Woodland Suite was modern and the Kohler shower was lovely. The food was delicious and the amenities were wonderful especially the Purifying Bath Ritual. Highly recommend and will definitely return.

I went here for my honeymoon and it was subpar at best. We spent over 300 dollars a night and were supposed to stay 3 nights but cancelled one due to the following. The check in was not informative as it was our first time here. We were supposed to be in Maui at the Four Seasons but due to traveling we stayed local. I read the website and made massage appointments beforehand but did not know that amenities which are included needed to be scheduled WAY in advance as well. We wanted to do a culinary class and a boat tour but everything was booked up 2 days in advance. What are you really paying for then? This is supposed to be a holistic approach and planning days ahead doesn’t really fit that mold honestly. The staff was not helpful at all, and the locker room attendant was rude to me when I was asking about a locker. It was my first time there getting a massage and using the bath ritual room so I had questions and she seemed bothered by my asking. If I’m paying 230 dollars for a massage I want to know more details surrounding it, and asking for a locker isn’t a big deal. The masseuses were super nice and it was enjoyable. The bar tender was nice too by the pool. To sum it up- it is overpriced for what you get and it stressed me out more than anything with the lack of guidance and rudeness from staff. The check out woman was nice and apologized because this was supposed to be our honeymoon and relaxing- no rectification came from this at all. We won’t be going back and have already told friends about this experience as they were waiting on our feedback.
