We ordered the countertop for our new kitchen and got it home. It was the wrong size. So we re-ordered it, get that order home, same thing. We had to order the countertops three separate times before the correct size came. Our kitchen should have been done in early March and we weren't able to finish it until late April due to this.

I called and was told my order was ready, but they told me wrong. Drove there only to be told my order wouldn't be ready until the end of the week, when it was supposed to be ready by 5 December (written on 10 December)

Undermount sink fell right out of the countertop and they haven't got back to for 8 weeks. I had to buy a over the counter sink to cover up where the undermount sink tore the laminate.
