My wife and I went to Chilton Furniture yesterday to buy 2 recliners, We found the 2 we wanted and bought them. They delivered them the same day and after we tried to make them fit in our room I realized Both chairs were to big for the room. ( MY MISTAKE) I called Cathy, Our sales person and asked if I could return one of the recliners. She talked to the Owner and he said No Problem, bring the chair back. This is what I call EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. My Wife and I would like to Personally Thank Jerry (The Owner) and Cathy (Our Sales person) for Making our Day.
