The pharmacy at this Walmart location is decent. The pharmacists that work there are, for the most part, friendly and knowledgeable.nThe techs are friendly as well. I feel improvement is needed for the service on weekends which can be slow due to lack of employees on duty. Also, when only one pharmacist is on duty, they close down for an hour for their break. During that time they basically shut down. It probably would be wise to call ahead to make sure that's not the case. That's useful when you're pressed for time.nGoing to any pharmacy can be an ordeal, especially when dealing with insurance companies and wait times, so this one is pretty much standard as one can be. It is definitely better to call ahead for your scripts, if possible, then to just go there. Overall, I would recommend this pharmacy for your health care needs and requirements.
When I had issues with my insurance card, Phamacist Jong (sp?) was so patient and kind and helpful. He is obviously very dedicated to his job and genuinely cares. As he promised, he even followed up with me the following day. I am extremely impressed and wanted to take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude for his exceptional customer service!
