Philip was very intuitive to portions that make for the best kind of care with massaging.
I am almost 9 months pregnantand I feel revived and refreshed after my massage! I slept like i was pregnant and my body aches have subsided. I can even breathe better! I Will Definitely be going back! Thank you again Philip I am so grateful!!
Called constantly and left a message... During business hours and could not schedule an appointment. No one answers! I will be getting a refund! Not professional at all. I paid for a prenatal massage and will be going elsewhere.
I purchased a Groupon for the 60 minutes couples massage. After going back and forth via text with Philip I had to pay an additional $20 as deposit to book the appointment. I did, but then I was rescheduled 3 times. The communication is poor and unprofessional. I decided to get a reimbursement for my Groupon and explained this to Philip. I asked for my deposit back and he agreed to send it back via PayPal. Since I was not getting it I asked for an estimate of when I would get it and he replied that I would get it by 10/6/2020 because he had to pay his rent. I waited and here we are on 10/7/20 and nothing. I sent him another text and a request for payment but he just simply stopped replying. The lack of compromise makes me wonder about their actual protocols of hygiene and their professionalism when giving massages. If it did cost me $20 to save me from that, then it was a good $20 investment.
Easy booking online and Philip was great. He listened and understood my pain points.
Got a Groupon deal, they require appointment to use voucher. I called 3x's leaving messages for call back, and website wants $20 deposit and no option to include Groupon voucher. No call back. Just poor and can't wait to hear excuse why no call back. Anyway, a joke and I advised Groupon of this issue, hope they stop offering for a business incapable of return a damn phone call!!!
