Great friendly employee's, love that they are consistent with portions and drinks. I have been here twice and will be back. It is worth the drive just for that. I will continue to make the 20 minute drive to this location over the one that is 3 minutes from my home. Keep up the great work! Thank you Sarah for making our visit fantastic even though you were almost closed for the night. 8-16-20.

This was strike 4 for us (We have given multiple chances by this point). We have repeatedly received multiple coffees/drinks that were only filled to half (not exaggerating). When we mentioned the issue to the cashier, so they could double check the amount next time- we get an attitude. The Cherry on top today was the fact that all of our straws were thrown into our donut bag, where the straws poked into the donuts leaving frosting all over the straws and even ripping a straw from its paper sleeve. It's not hard to put the straws onto the drink tray that was given to us. We have been to this location roughly 4 times this month and have had similar experiences like this 2-3 times out of the 4. That says something to me. We'll just have to take our business down the street.

Whenever I try to give Dunkin a chance, I always expect them to at least have one of each donut. It’s Dunkin DONUTS right? Wrong... they normally have two or three kinds when I go and it’s the kind no one wants. Their “signature” or “special” donuts are never available after 8 am which is wild to me. I have never left a drive thru mid-ordering more than when I go to Dunkin.
