I called ahead to find out if the could complete a Brazilian wax. Someone answered the phone. When I got there they reported that they don’t wax on Saturday. So I called the number back and the phone started ringing. The woman looked at me and said we are busy in Saturday’s and they couldn’t do it. I drove from 75th and Glendale to be turned away. I even explained this to the woman. While I was waiting on my ride the woman was standing there watching the lady doing another customers eyebrows and there was nobody in line for service. I will not return to this Seva because of the poor customer service. I would not try EM Lash studio with them either due to it being managed by the same people. Just all together a bad experience.
They’re so sweet and kind very respectful I love the work that they do there .
I love this place. I go to this lady Suha and she does the best lashes ever. and she is the sweetest person you will meet. She has been doing my eyelashes for 8 months now and never had any issues with her doing my lashes or eyebrows.
