We were promptly greeted and tended to. We went in with intentions on a specific couch but ended up changing our minds a couple times. Patty was knowledgeable, courteous, kind, and never pushy - a pleasure to deal with. We decided on quality couches that we know we are going to absolutely love and enjoy for years.
Patty was wonderful and helped me navigate my way through buying my first piece of “adult” furniture. She helped me customize my couch to help fit my needs and style. She was beyond patient with my indecisiveness and gave me the space to make my final decisions without pressuring me. She help make the stress free and I enjoyed working with her.
I loved shopping at August Haven. The sales associates were so helpful without being pushy. They made the experience not only pain free but fun. When does that happen while shopping with your husband for furniture? I’ll tell you when, any time you shop at August Haven.nI will gladly return for a future visit.
We really like working with Patty because she understands our budget and offers options from both sister stores. She knows the style we like and can quickly direct us to pieces that meet our needs. She is certainly wonderful at what she does
