Honestly everytime I try and call the store on Military Avenue no one ever picks up and the phone always rings and goes directly to voicemail. I've checked their open hours and they are open and I don't understand why this store in particular never picks up I've tried the one on East mason and they always pick up right away.
The guy was very help on getting me a phone but not when it came to people stealing my phones and changing and deleting my passwords and accounts or trying to find the phone! Just told me to call 611 when they told me to go to the store!
The gentleman working at the military ave store in green bay could not answer my questions about why im on the at&t network more then metro pcs his answer was to switch carrier's. Was not a pleasant experience and i will be switching now since he told me thats the only way to fix my issues.
Outstanding service with a knowledgeable employee who treats you like a person and not just a 'customer'..if you are looking to work with Metro PCS go to the South Military Ave location..
Love the customer service of both Military locations in Beacon Center as well as at the Military and Dousman location! As far as the other locations in town (gb) im not at all impressed by the managers or owners or how they run their atores especially the one on east mason and east main st location..they charge more for everything even on whats supposed ro be free! Ill never go back there for any reason!
