Love my job and what I do. people need to understand that we have to make profit too. We want to make you customers happy and satisfy I understand your not gonna get the amount you paid for but understand its a pawn shop and we do what we can to make our customers happy

I bring in 2 games that hands down iv gotten more then 30 for both of them GTA 5 and red dead 2 both games they would sell for 50 bucks a piece for and have the odasity to offer me 10 bucks to pawn them when I come there multiple times and gotten what I asked now this insult you can keep your 10 definitely not buying guns or anything from you guys anymore to insult a regular customer

I don't know why I see all these negative posts on here about this place because I will say, I've never experienced anything but understanding, compassionate, and outstanding customer service from these employees at fast and easy pawn. Marge and another lady (I can't remember her name but she has short hair) they are spectacular and compassionate ladies. If you have a loan on something and something comes up by your due date and you can't pay it, just call them and they'll work with you.nI had a situation where a family member of mine almost lost a very important item to our family by defaulting on their loan. it got put on the floor for sale and several people wanted to buy it. They went out of their way to help me save that item and they didn't have to do what they did, but they did and I appreciate it. That's why they will always have my business and I will always recommend other people to do business with them as well.nI hear some people complain that they didn't get what their item was worth.... when you go to pawn something, they're not going to give you exactly what it's worth. They gotta leave some room to make money off of it if you default on your loan. They're not doing this for free and I don't know why people don't get that.

They are fair. i took couple loans out in the past month since i was laid off from work. borrowed $100 each time and i paid around $110 to get them back a few days later. much cheaper that other types of loans!! i feel alot of ppl complain because they dont know the true value of an item. before i go to a pawn shop i check ebay under SOLD listings and value it at the average of the 3 lowest sold pieces of my item i wanna take a loan on, then i figure they will give me half of that because after all they are a business! . doing this i have never been denied the ammount of money i ask for

Had a great experience at this place. Your wonderful Employee Marge was Fantastic, she made me feel at ease and was very down to earth and very personable. You should be very proud of her working for your company.
