First time entering a music store in probably 24 years. I was recommended to go to Heid’s by my neighbor who picked up a guitar strap about a year ago when he moved to town. I was shopping for a keyboard piano, having realized I needed a hobby. I had done some online research on brands and I wanted to shop locally. The service was great - the staff were helpful and friendly, willing to make recommendations and even picked out a bunch of beginner books for me. The package included the frame, seat, headphones, cover, pedals. I wouldn’t have even thought to buy some of these things individually. The shop was clean, well organized and brought back lots of fond memories. And I’ve been really enjoying re-remembering how to play! Thanks Heid’s! I’ll be back!
I paid almost $60 dollars for them to adjust the neck on my acoustic guitar. It plays worse now then ever. I will take it somewhere else to fix it. This is what i get for leaving Loydd's Guitars. They guy is a blast from the past but knows his way around a guitar.
I'm taking lessons there and it's a good experience
Went in to try and sell a few instruments and even though they weren’t for them, the guy that helped me was super informative and helpful. Will go back for anything I need, they were great to me.
Bunch of prudes. Overpriced and rude. We will go out of our way to go to any other music store.
