Kohl's

I'm in a wheelchair and could not fit down the majority of the aisles, everything was so crowded together. Then the wait in line was close to an hour, with only 5 registers going on a pseudo Black Friday day when they were handing out extra Kohl's cash. Finally, 20% off did not apply to lots of items, especially the majority of toys. Had some good sales, but was very uncomfortable with the number of people they were letting in store and how crowded it was in there.

Store pick up was a nightmare. Still waiting 50 minutes later. Several other vehicles that arrived after us teceived their orders in a very timely manner. They took our order number twice, I checked in through my email, and I spoke to a manager. Still waiting for two rugs totalling $14.

Sales associate was extremely helpful and very informative. Helped me to find the shoes I was looking for.

Love this place. Great merchandise, Great prices.always find what I am looking for.

East side KOHL'S, much loved by many such as MY FAMILY. Clean, well organized, and courteous people.
