I was so disappointed to see the new display of their shoes on Oct 8, 2020. The boxes are all open, (think Payless) styles are mixed up on the shelves. They are by size but this display certainly makes the shoes look cheap. I’m 5’ 1” tall and was unable to see the top two rows of shoes in the boxes.

Very nice experience, everyone was pleasant and helpful.

I was going to give you guys 1 star, but we did find some cute clothes and there were other caring associates that helped us, but overall the experience that we had at the end of our shopping was pretty awful. I brought myself and my sister to grab some outfits for a concert that we’re going to tonight. I walked into the fitting room and grabbed a number of how many articles of clothing I had from a lady who seemed pretty nice, my sister was still shopping and came in about 5 minutes after me, she apparently didn’t get a number, because nobody stopped to give her one (apparently another lady was handling the fitting room at this time) by the time we were done trying on everything, we left the fitting room, my sister wanted to shop around some more, so I said I could stay behind and give the lady the clothes we didn’t want (same lady who helped me) I accidentally forgot the ticket she gave me of how many articles of clothing I had in the fitting room, she told me to go grab it along with my sisters, I checked my sisters fitting room and hers wasn’t in there, so I came back out and told her I didn’t know where it was, I hadn’t seen it and thought maybe she didn’t get one, the lady ignored me and helped another customer, I tried to give her the clothing I didn’t want and she yelled at me and told me to hang it up myself, I stood there and hung it up for her, and walked away with her yelling after me about my sisters ticket, I had my sister go explain to her that she didn’t get a ticket and after trying on her outfit, the lady scolded her and asked why one of the hangers didn’t have an outfit on it, my sister said it was because she was buying the outfit and didn’t need the hanger, she was very rude and maybe if her tone had been a little more friendly we could’ve brushed it off. I work in retail, so I understand that the job can be stressful, but I would never make a customer do my job for me just because they didn’t understand the system of the store.

Cheap, good looking clothes reccomend for people looking for cheap inexpensive clothes for big families with a budget.
