Ordered something online for pick up. Product was no longer available. This is the second time this has happened in the span of a month. I just won't order online for pick up anymore...problem solved. What really bothers me is the customer service. Management should conduct themselves in a professional manner. It's your job...I have my job and I do it well. You have your job...Please! Start doing it well. The main description of your position is: You got it! CUSTOMER SERVICE. It is NOT: Speak in a snotty tone to try to undermine me.

Clean, nice displays with room to move. Have everything for a one stop shop. And are keeping up sanitary measures. Helpful and friendly employees.

Store is fine but the customers are.... Special. They wear their mask on their chin not covering nose or mouth. They should have employees walking around and asking these special women to please cover their ugly mugs.

Frustrated...Found a lego set my grandson wanted, that was 50% off but not on shelf. Service desk stated none in back but store on other side of town had one and would hold it for me. Drive to the other side of town and surprise...they charged full price and won't honor the 50% off. So I return to the original store to get the 50% off and they wont honor it either. I am so disgusted and will be returning the item for the full price and buying it at another store. NO MORE TARGET for my family.

Target employee Jean Taylor was extraordinarily helpful, efficient, cheerful, and courteous.
