I would like to say thank you to Gagnon Clay Products for helping me with my fireplace project. It turned out absolutely stunning!!! I had the opportunity of working with Scott Robertson for the process. He gave me the referrals for the mantel and masonry work. Steve Binish is a very talented mason and his work turned out amazing!! Adam & Chris were an absolute pleasure to work with while doing the install!!nDue to some unforeseen obstacles in my project and some delays from Covid, Scott worked with me closely to finish the work. He is very kind, reliable, trustworthy, and fun to work with. He explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. He helped me make some decisions, too!! I am just so grateful for his help and dedication!!nThank you Scott and Everyone at Gagnon Clay Products!!! If it wasnt for All of you, I wouldn't have my beautiful fireplace!!❤

Very happy with the products and selection at Gagnon. Worked with two different sales associates and both were great. Scott went above and beyond educating my wife and I on the whole project. We really appreciated his ability to include both of us in the discussion and made both of us confident in our decision. We will definitely be back!

We converted our wood burning fireplace to a gas fireplace a few weeks ago. Everything went very smoothly, from our appointment at the showroom to the actual installation. The two young men who did the installation were very informative and professional. We are loving our new fireplace. I would highly recommend this company!
