This place was amazing. Bought a loaf of the standard sourdough and it was so good. I ate half the loaf on day one and didn't feel bad about it at all. Bought their Ham sandwich as well, which also was excellent. They had an apple spice muffin which, surprise surprise, was delicious. Next up is their cinnamon rolls. Follow them on Instagram to see their process and have them suck you in.

The best bread in town, hands-down. I love their focus on local ingredients (they have one loaf that's 100% Wisconsin wheat), and they always have a great mix of classics and new innovative bakes-- my family is still talking about the tomato pesto focaccia months later. They always have a fun vegetarian/vegan sandwich option, and they're careful about masking and distancing, which is really important to me as someone with vulnerable family members. I look forward to seeing what they do for the holidays!

I love that this place is in Green Bay! Their bread is amazing, they have an awesome story, and the pastries are so unique and delicious. One thing that made me sad was the lack of any real dairy free food options if you're looking for a sandwich. But not every place can cater to every need, and regardless, I'll recommend this place and continue to buy their bread.

One of the best sandwiches I had in a long time! Delicious bread and I enjoyed watching the operation while I waited. Look forward to seeing you in Door County!

We feel very fortunate to be able to purchase Voyageurs high quality breads at the Free Market in Appleton, Wisconsin, every Thursday afternoon, especially during this pandemic time. We have also visited the Voyageurs' cafe in Green Bay - before the pandemic - and found both the owners to be very friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable about their craft and profession. We were able to watch them as they made their breads.nnThe husband and wife owners have committed their lives to learning about every aspect of their craft and profession, from the beginnings of the grains through to the science and technology involved with the machinery they use. Unlike a big corporation where the top level are hands-off, lack any vision, and have no idea about their product, Voyageurs' owners are right there, side by side with their front line workers, performing the same tasks, and more.nnWe especially like being able to support a locally owned business. Their bread and food products are top-notch.
