Coffee is good, but customer service isn't. Multiple times where we have ordered and either were missing things or didnt get what we asked for, or both. Worst of all, customer service is below minimum. There are some sweet workers, but most of them are terribly rude even if you are polite. Only will come back because of the (sometimes) good coffee, unfortunately.

I loved the little doughnut bites. Coffee is ok. Service was great today! I read some of the other reviews, honestly people sound like they hate their own lives. Haha, keep up the good work Dunkin!

Went through the drive-thru and asked if we could do 2 separate orders. Employee asked someone and came back and said no. We’d have to come inside. We were ordering 2 separate drinks only and using each of our own apps to pay to get the points. We placed one order and pulled up. When asked why, she said it was really busy. There was no one else in the drive thru and appeared to be about 3 customers inside. Additionally, we have a very high risk person for COVID living in our home so going inside was not an option. I’ve been to this location numerous times and have had numerous issues. Incorrect orders several times. Very frustrating to be told it is “too busy” to ring up two separate drink orders when there’s no one else apparently in line or in the store. Would love to see some better training and customer service at this location.
