Bad customer service but the birthday cake I purchased was great.
The absolute best bakery in Green Bay!!! I come here mainly for the macarons but lately I have been venturing out with the mini cakes and their cupcakes. Always so moist and flavorful! And staff is always nice.
I ordered a wedding cake. Was not what I asked for. Had yellow roses and pink I ordered white and pink. Refused let us pick up the cake. They said it would buckle in the cooler of the restaurant because of the humidity. We had to pay for delivery. The cake buckled and bubbled because they placed it in the sun. I called to let them know of the issues. Nobody called me back. For 300 dollars that I paid I was extremely disappointed. Would not recommend this bakery
Be aware when you order a cake on line you are given a cake that has been frozennWhen I am paying over $40 for a cake I deserve a freshly baked one not frozen
Great job on our gluten and dairy free wedding cake! It looked beautiful and tasted absolutely delicious. Jennifer has great communication and responded quickly to my questions.
