We passed through on Thanksgiving and stopped by for a snack and was greeted by this young lady. Her name was Taya. She was very nice to us and I felt like I should let the management know.
Long line, coffee was good but my glazed donut was not fresh at 9am.
So Imoressed! Their coffee tastes great and it's waaaayyyy cheaper than mcdonald's and starbucks. And actyally tastes better ... But that's my opinion and the oy my place I go for coffee now
They have employed possibly the most miserable group of people to work at this location. It's mind blowing how disrespectful these workers are here. I dread every time I come to this location. Get your store in order management...
Dude in the drive thru didn't know what a mocha was, had to repeat myself 3 times and when I got to the window he still had my order incorrect. When the barista was corrected on the order she rolled her eyes and I wouldn't be suprised if my coffee had spit in it.nnTL;DR: Piss poor service and unknowledgable staff.
