Prices are kinda high but I still enjoy coming here. Cold Stone’s Ice cream is so good and they have a nice variety of flavors to choose from. Staff is always very sweet and kind every time I come in.
We usually have a good experience at cold Stone, we used to order quite frequently now we probably will definitely stop, ingredients were missing from our order called in to ask if there was a shortage or issue, she said “everything is pre-measured” but then proceeded to tell me there large chunks in some and small chunks they can be “different” well that wouldn’t pre per measured would it? Lmaooo and would not offer help or refund pretty sad customer service, but it is unskilled labor so nothing out of the ordinary.
Honestly terrible. The manager needs to work on her customer service!! Came in from out of town and heard great things about this place but will never come back.
So delicious. I love chewing ice cream.
It was different when they took the ice cream out of the bucket choice we wanted they kind of mashed it some i really didnt know why but it was like kneading meatloaf.i think it made the texture perfect. I definitely would go back.
