I do not recommend shopping here. I ordered an appliance online over a month ago. The appliance was never delivered. The delivery date kept changing due to real challenges with COVID, which is understandable. However, they refused to commit to an actual delivery date and said they could only deliver to my region on Tuesdays and could only deliver during the day. How do I take time off from work when it keeps changing? Customer service was difficult to manage as they kept transferring me all the time. I called the number given to me on my receipt and had to talk to four different people. When I called the store in Rice Lake, the representative was very rude. He wasn't interested in solving the problem at all and was more interested in yelling at me for daring to call to see what was the status of the delivery. So I canceled my order and now they're saying the refund will take up to 30 days to process.
I went there to get a chest freezer they didn't have one so I decided to order one so I ordered they told me that my would freezer be there at the store on that date .so I waited so they call me the day before it was supposed to be there at the store and told me that it would be there on other date .They gave me nothing but a run around they just kelped giving me other dates.I would advise no one to order anything from them.

Great service! Helped me as soon as I walked through the door. Their Christmas decorations were just BEAUTIFUL, the mantel was absolutely stunning.
