Bought a popular name brand sofa and loveseat for $2,000, less than a year ago. Two weeks ago we contacted them because there is a defect in workmanship in the stitching on the back of the loveseat. To date, we have not heard back on what will be done to correct the situation. If this is how they do business, I would not recommend them to anyone.
